If you are a looking for a buyers agent - Nicole KNOWS how to buy/sell in highly competitive market in Clark County. Specifically, she knows Camas and Washougal like the back of her hand. When we first started looking for realtors I reviewed the top 85 realtors in Camas/Washougal and sorted realtors by reviews, transaction volume in 12 months, ratio of seller/buyer representation, and percentage of sales in Camas + Washougal vs elsewhere. Shopping in WA and not being local to WA, prompt ommunication was critical to us. Nicole was one of top agents across all our criteria and would show us houses within the same day or next day. During our purchase journey, Nicole helped us make put together several offers (offers were on the conservative side) and helped us navigate two accepted offers (one we walked away from post inspection). Nicole helped me and my parents purchase 2 homes in Clark County and never let the fact of us being outside WA be a hindrance in our real estate transactions. Nicole is the ABSOLUTE MVP!!! I have never felt so confident that a realtor genuinely had my best interest as top priority. She gave very candid advice about the market and potential success of different offers, but she did not hesitate at all to put whatever we wanted in an offer. We met with Nicole Dreyer in September of 24 looking to purchase a home in Camas, WA. As a couple in their mid 70's we had some special requirements that limited the inventory available to us. Nicole met with us several times to look at properties we thought would be a good fit but mutually agreed, maybe not.

Nicole responded and was readily available to us when we asked to view a property. Her familiarity of the local area, the different types of building materials and general knowledge was invaluable to us. Nicole built trust with us. I can’t say enough great things about Nicole! She listed our home and went above and beyond the whole time. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and is easy to work with. She is kind but will let you know what needs to be done to sell your house. I know that she had other clients but my husband and I always felt as if we were her only ones.
